Oscillating Monitors provide unparalleled performance with simple, yet rugged design features in a compact package. The monitor is designed to provide an oscillating water or foam stream over a pre-set area of protection. The monitor can be supplied with either an integral non-aspirating or air-aspirating nozzle. Monitors are available with flow rate choices from 60 to 500 gpm (227 to 1893 lpm) at 100 psi (16.9 bar) inlet pressure to the monitor connection
A device fitted in surface treatment lines that helps distribute a liquid foamer phase in a stream of nitrogen gas. The foam generator creates a consistent mixture that becomes a stable foam under downhole pressure and temperature conditions.
Foam Trolley is an ideal solution for quick mobilization and application of foam for tackling flammable liquid fires/ spills, such as in Oil Depots, Petrochemical complexes, paint & solvent storage areas, etc. The Foam Trolley unit comprises the required quantity of foam concentrate storage, Inline Inductor, Foam branch and fire-fighting hoses, allowing quick deployment & application of foam onto spills/ spill fires with minimum resources.
Foam makers come in three varieties for generating low, medium and high expansion foam. The three types differ in the amount by which the foam that the system produces expands: the lighter the foam, the higher the expansion.
Low expansion foam makers are used, for example, for tank protection, in sprinkler systems or remotely operated fire monitors. Medium expansion foam makers are used, for example, for covering a liquid spill in an enclosed area.
High expansion foam makers are used, for example, for completely filling an enclosed space such as a warehouse or aircraft hangar. The type of foam maker used depends entirely on the choice of a specific type of foam extinguishing system
The foam pourer is designed to discharge fully aspirated foam directly to the annular seal area of the open top floating roof storage tanks for fire or vapour suppression. Fully aspirated foam provides the most effective performance for all types of foam concentrates.
The cover of the unit, opposite of the foam solution inlet, is designed for removal to allow for internal inspection. The unit can be mounted on the top flange of the fuel storage tank utilizing the mounting holes located in the base of the rim seal foam pourer or by the use of clamps.
A screened air inlet, conforming to the cylindrical body, allows uniform air distribution into the foam solution stream to generate expanded foam. This design also helps prevent damage and inhibits the entrance of foreign materials.
