The 500-750-1000 US GPM UL-LISTED FOAM MONITOR or just 1000 US GPM Foam monitor has sturdy and robust in construction. It is Manufactured using high-grade Stainless Steel (SS-304, 316, 316L, etc.), R&D team has even tested it at a pressure of 23KG/. The inlet – 4” and outlet – 4” connection is provided in this version of the Monitor.
The Aqua Foam Nozzle forms the discharging part of this advanced monitor that ensures maximum hydraulic efficiency in the conversion of the available pressure energy to maximum throw, even after the induction of foam concentrate into the water stream. The Operating working pressure of these Foam Monitor ranges from 7Kg/Sqcm or 7 bar to 10.5 Kg/Sqcm or 10.5 bar. The nozzle construction also allows the maximum discharge range. Our 2000 US GPM Foam Monitor can also provide variable flows of 1000 & 1550 US GPM by the setting at the nozzle. The distance of the throw at an elevation of 30° -35° with a pressure of 7Kg/Cm2 or 7 bar at the Nozzle are as given below:

These Monitors comes with online variable flow Management, and these variable flow can be managed through a Remote panel or Wireless Remote Control.
The non-aspirating Aqua Fog & Foam type nozzle allows multiple utility modes like Single Stream Jet Operation, Fog Operation, and Semi Fog Operation. The Fog conversion of up to 120° wide enables handling of toxic, hazardous gas cloud dispersion and more efficient water cooling of heated or burning surfaces.
These Aqua Foam Monitors allows Fire Fighters to select right discharge flow rate depending on the fire scenario, efficiently saving a lot of water and foam in the process.
We offer our versatile Long Range Foam Monitor with different operating methods like:
- Manual operation through hand wheel: it can be operated manually even during the Monitor operating at high pressure.
- Remote Operation through geared motors and control panel: This device can also be operated remotely using Motors and cut-off switches from a remote location. It is one method being used these days to avoid human venturing near big fires, thus helping in any human casualties
- Operation through a microprocessor-based, flameproof wireless remote controller. Monitor can also be controlled and operated using Wireless Remote Controller. With operating range being 150 meters, it is one of the latest wire-free ways of extinguishing big fires from a safe distance.
