3D HAZChem Multipurpose (3-in-1) Aqua-Foam-DCP Type Fire Monitor of 1000GPM Capacity

The 3D Hazchem Multipurpose 3 in 1 Monitor is specially designed to throw Water, Foam, Dry Chemical Powder and spray, Jet & Fog through single nozzle to fight against hydrocarbon / polar solvent fire by a single fire fighter. The Multipurpose 3 in 1 Monitor is provided with non-aspirating type nozzle capable to discharging 1000 US GPM (3785 LPM) at 100 psi (7 bar) inlet pressure over a range of 60 meters in horizontal direction and 15 meters in vertical direction.

Water operated Jet Ratio Controller Pump (JRCP) is provided suitable for feeding foam concentrates solution to the monitor nozzle from distance of 50 meters & above. The Monitor has facility for converting Water / Foam / Jet to fog and vice-versa and also Dry Powder can be jetted from the centre of nozzle very quickly and easily, even during continuous operation. Monitor is provided with self-locking swivel gear bearing for rotation in horizontal and vertical direction through hand wheel operation even under high operating pressures.

The monitor assembly is designed to withstand the nozzle reaction force experienced during the operation of jet/ fog.
